----------------
The chairs Alexey Meinikov and Takeshi Takahashi opened the meeting and
described the agenda.

Jabber scribe: Adam Monteville
Note taker: Roman Danyliw

Draft-IETF-mile-5070bis-07 draft
--------------------------------------
Presenter: Roman Danyliw

Q: Kathleen Moriarty -- when will this work be done?
A: Roman Danyliw -- targeting IETF 91

Q: Alexey Meinikov -- @lang tag is using an outdated reference
A: Roman Danyliw -- noted. This definitely needs to be fixed during the
internationalization review

Draft-ietf-mile-enum-reference-format-07 draft
------------------------------------------------------
Presenter: Adam Montville

Q: Roman Danyliw -- how do we want to integrate this with 5070bis? I would
propose that a formal schema should be added so that it can be referenced by
IODEF and SACM. A: Adam Montville -- yes, reuse with SACM would be helpful. A:
Kathleen Moriarty -- yes, use across working groups is worth the delay to do
this right A: Alexey Meinikov -- please provide a proposal to the list

Draft-mile-implementionreport-00
---------------------------------------
Presenter: Daisuke Miyamoto

Q: David Waltermire -- Does the usage guidance in this draft consider 5070bis?
A: Daisuke Miyamoto -- Yes

Q: (on jabber) Eric Burger -- what is the goal of the draft?
A: Daisuke Miyamoto -- We provide these information in order to encourage wider
adoption and usage of the IODEF.

Q: (on jabber) Eric Burger -- would like to see an interoperability document
A: Kathleen Moriarty -- Clarity needed. Some interop has already occurred and
is documented in this draft. A: (on jabber) Eric Burger -- would like to see
which implementation works with what other implementation. what's been tried?
A: Alexey Meinikov -- We do not do any officialy interoperability testing in
IETF, but lots of people participating the WG do testing in conjunction with WG.

Q: (on jabber) Jacque Nipor -- how many CSIRTs will use this?
A: Kathleen Moriarty -- subset covered in implementations report. RT extension
by NATO too, but the information was provided last week. There are lots of
uses. A: Eric Osterweil -- not too relevant if the work needs to be done A: (on
jabber) Eric Burger -- to clarify, interested in knowing how many CSIRTs

Draft-Murillo-Mile-Cps-00
-----------------------------
Presenter: Martin Murillo

Q: David Waltermire -- some elements seem to be relevant to IT space. Perhaps
certain fields should moved into 5070bis if it's generically applicable. A:
Martin Murillo -- indeed, as a -00 draft it's a work in progress

Q: David Waltermire -- It is interesting to see that perpetrating party is
mandatory. We would see it optional. Is that likely to be shared? A: Martin
Murillo -- perhaps not. I totally agree, and this is still work-in-progress.

Q: Eric Burger -- concur with Waltermire's feedback

Q: Eric Burger -- reuse classes such to ensure interoperability and adoption
A: Martin Murillo -- yes, this needs to be examined
A: Takeshi Takahashi --is the request to extend additional data or existing
classes? A: David Waltermire -- potential both should be considered

Q: Alexis -- what do you want from WG?
A: Martin Murillo -- Need more collaborators and reviewers of the work

Q: WG chair Alexey Meinikov asked WG is this something the IEFT should work on?
A: 4-5 people raised hands
A: Eric Osterweil -- we need more specific about what aspect of CPS will be
addressed A: Chris Ignacio -- concur with Osterweil A: David Waltermire --
needs more exploration of the use cases

WG chair Alexey Meinikov determined that the draft was not ready for
consideration as a working group item

Draft-Suzuki-mile-darknet-00
----------------------------------
Presenter: Mio Suzuki

Q: Roman Danyliw -- what do you see as the link between this draft and the MILE
data formats? A: Mio Suzuki -- need to consider whether this is an IODEF
extension

Q: (on jabber) Eric Berger -- IODEF was been around for 6 years, why wasn't it
used? A: Takeshi Takahashi -- this IETF presentation is an attempt to harmonize
the activities

Integration of Dynamic Automated Metadata Exchange into SAML 2.0 Web Browser
SSO Profile
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Presenter: Stefan Metzger
Draft-poehn-dame-01

Q: David Waltermire -- could you provide example of meta-data
A: Stefan Metzger -- information about end point, certificates, confidentiality
requirements

Q: Roman Danyliw -- could describe the links with MILE protocols?
A: Kathleen Moriarty -- exploratory presentation about where this fits in
Security Area A: (on jabber) Eric Burger -- this can be used to understand RID
end points
