Update on RMCAT Feedback Requirements (Zahed Sarker)

Ask members to join the RMCAT design team that will analyze the requirements
and find the algorithm Mo: AVT should look at the general solution since
feedback may also be applicable to for error recovery

RTP Stream Identifier (RID) SDES (Adam Roach)

New names:  RtpStreamId, RepairedRtpStreamId

Does flexilble Fec need to know?
Peter: no
Mo: no need have another binding, old rtx and fec will need something like this
Adam: the draft name will remain

Conclusion: Consensus on Adam's changes to RID

Open issue TL0PICIDX
Jonathan, Bernard, Randell and Stephan explained the usage
Stephan ¨C there are IPR on this usage.

Conclusion: Room was quiet, but more for keeping in (Most favorable hums were
in Jabber). Mo will send mail to list about TL0PICIDX.

Codec Control Messages for Layered (Stephan Wenger)

Open issue 1: keep the proposed language
Open issue 2: no one has problems
Will be still update to RFC5104

Conclusion: Consensus to adopt Layered Codec CCM, subject to confirmation on
list. Rachel will send e-mail.
