Jim Galvin - tight coupling with tmch-func-spec, has to wait for
tmch-func-spec Sean Turner (via Jabber) downref is possible Jim Galvin -
tmch-func-spec is needed for implementation, so no downref possible

registry has no connection to reseller
Reduce it to absolute minimum, only name

Antoin Verschuren (via Jabber) - Resellers may have a connection to a
registry in the future, e.g., changing delegation or DNSSEC information as
3th party dns-operator. Then you’ll need more than just a name. Think of it
more broadly. Go Daddy - Send name with create and be done??? Jim Galvin -
   take discussion to the list

draft-ietf-regext-bundling-registration

Discussion in the room with many clarifying questions

   track.
Merge the requirements of this one and CIRA (already on the
charter) and Gould’s one (not published) and possible ICANN
IDN variants work into a standard track extension.
Marc committed to talk to the group of authors to start that thread.
No consent on the specific bundling solutions
Jim Galvin - further discussion needed
