Michael: Have editor session and fixed later comments on the udpate from WG

and fix all the issues and next step is prepare the new version.
will ask YANG doctor to review

Chair:  if the author can update a next version in the next few days and we
call the reviews and comments in mailing list, as well as the Yang doctor
review. If everything is ok, we can ask the IESG review. WG attendees: agree.

In editor session, address two key issues:
1. Move persistent RPC to appendix
2. Use Schema mount for TP attributes, TP location attribute.

Jonh: Shema Mount is pending document, do we need to wait for this schema mount
to be standardized Ron:It is not a issue and we can published this draft John:
is it perferable not to use shema mount Adrian: Carlos will schedul the call
with Carl. John: We recieve communcation from MEF. It is about SOAM and PM
model, this is issue that might need to be fixed. It will be apprporiabe to let
ITU to work on SOAM PM in other SDO. John: The question arrives is dependency
and maintenance, how we go in the futuer, will it require spec to change. Ron:
if reviesed is needed, we can do in the OPS area. Ron: are you talking some new
oam tech come, John: yes, incorpate to model new tech, I don't know what is
right way to do this Deepak: For CO, we use augument for CL, we use schema
mount,we also allow use augument. Ron:I make observation, it is around two
