4. The IESG approved publication of Tag Image File Format (TIFF) -
image/tiff MIME Sub-type Registration
<draft-ietf-fax-tiff-regbis-05.txt> as a BCP. Steve to send
announcement.
5. The IESG tentatively approved publication of IANA Considerations
for LDAP <draft-ietf-ldapbis-iana-08.txt> (which does not yet
exist) as a BCP. Once version 08 is available, Scott to review and
let Steve know if his concerns have been adequately addressed. If
so, Steve to send announcement.
6. The IESG approved publication of Signaling Compression
<draft-ietf-rohc-sigcomp-07.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
The IESG also approved publication of the following two I-Ds as
Informational RFCs:

this change, Allison to rewrite and submit a new Protocol Action
writeup. Bill to provide text for an RFC Editor note correcting an
error in the ABNF.
Once received, Steve to announce. Steve also to request fast RFC
Number assignment for these two documents.
8. The IESG approved publication of A Privacy Mechanism for the
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)

The IESG also approved publication of the following two Internet-

10. The IESG approved publication of Generic Registry-Registrar

11. The IESG approved publication of LDAPv3 Replication Requirements
<draft-ietf-ldup-replica-req-12.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve

12. The IESG approved publication of Three-Way Handshake for IS-IS
Point-to-Point Adjacencies <draft-ietf-isis-3way-06.txt> as an
Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.
13. The IESG approved publication of IPv6 for Some Second and Third
Generation Cellular Hosts <draft-ietf-ipv6-cellular-host-03.txt> as
an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

14. The IESG approved publication of EtherIP: Tunneling Ethernet Frames
in IP Datagrams <draft-housley-etherip-03.txt> as an Informational
RFC. Allison to write RFC Editor Note. Once received, Steve to send
Announcement.
15. Steve to send WG review messages for the following Proposed Working
Groups:
o The PWG previously known as cats - Control of ASR and TTS
Servers (AKA Speech Services Control (speechsc))
o psamp - Packet Sampling
o rddp - Remote Direct Data Placement
(previously known as RDMA over the Internet Protocol Suite

16. The IESG felt that Bob Braden was the perfect individual to be the
RSVP Parameters Expert.
17. Michelle to send the IANA's list of experts to Steve. Steve will
add to the internal IESG Web Page.
18. Jacqueline was asked to extract a set of action items from her
notes taken during the IESG retreat.
19. There will be an IESG meeting on Sunday before the Yokohama IETF
meeting begins.
20. The following Readling list items were removed from the list of
documents ready to be evaluated:
