The Secretariat will send a WG Action announcement. 4.2 WG Rechartering 4.2.1 Under Evaluation for IETF Review o Application-Layer Traffic Optimization (alto) - 1 of 3 Token: Peter Saint-Andre The IESG approved the updated charter for the working group. The Secretariat will send a WG Action: RECHARTER announcement. o NETCONF Data Modeling Language (netmod) - 2 of 3 Token: Dan Romascanu The IESG decided to proceed with IETF review of the revised charter pending edits to be provided by Dan Romascanu. The Secretariat will send a WG Review: Recharter announcement, with a separate message to new- work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference (October 21, 2010). o Benchmarking Methodology (bmwg) - 3 of 3 Token: Ron Bonica The IESG decided to proceed with IETF review of the revised charter pending edits to be provided by Ron Bonica. The Secretariat will send a WG Review: Recharter announcement, with a separate message to new- work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference (October 21, 2010). 4.2.2 Proposed for Approval o Transparent Interconnection of Lots of Links (trill) - 1 of 1 Token: Ralph Droms The IESG approved the revised charter for the working group pending edits to be provided by Ralph Droms. Management Issues 6.1 Approval of IANA registry/process changes to draft-nottingham- http-link-header-10.txt (Peter Saint-Andre) The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the IANA registry/process changes to draft-nottingham-http-link-header. 6.2 Relationship of RFC 5996 to RFC 5282 in the RFC index (Sandy Ginoza) The management issue was discussed. The action was transferred from the RFC Editor to the IESG. Action item: Sean Turner and Tim Polk to make a recommendation to the IESG on the relationship of RFC 5996 to RFC 5282. 6.3 IESG Statement on Document Shepherds (Russ Housley) The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the IESG Statement on Document Shepherds. 6.4 draft-gennai-smime-cnipa-pec (Russ Housley) The management issue was discussed. This management issue will be revisited at the October 21, 2010 teleconference. 6.5 Designated Expert for RFC 5970 (Michelle Cotton) The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Vincent Zimmer (vincent.zimmer@intel.com) as the designated expert reviewer for RFC 5970 registry assignments. 7.
