The IESG agreed to deprecate the protocol number 13 (ARGUS) on the condition Michelle Cotton verifies with the ARGUS group the protocol number is no longer in use. 6.5 application/rfc+xml (RFC-iab-xml2rfcv2-02) (Amanda Baber/IANA) The management issue was discussed.
