   6.1 Designated Experts for WOTS+ Signatures, XMSS Signatures, XMSS^MT

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Andreas Huelsing 
<ietf@huelsing.net> and Stefan-Lukas Gazdag <ietf@gazdag.de> as the 
designated experts from the WOTS+ Signatures, XMSS Signatures, and 
XMSS^MT Signatures registries.

   6.2 [IANA #1108549] Designated expert for RFC 8350  (Sabrina Tanamal/
       IANA)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Sri Gundavelli 
<sgundave@cisco.com> and Li Xue <xueliucb@gmail.com> as designated 
experts for RFC 8350 [IANA #1108549].

   6.3 [IANA #1108551] Management Item: Acceptance of media type 
       registration from standards organization ETSI (Amanda Baber/IANA)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG asks IANA to process this 
media-type request, and to add this organization to the 'Standards-
related organizations that have registered Media Types in the Standards Tree.'  

   6.4 [IANA #1108770] Designated expert for RFC 8323 (Sabrina Tanamal/
       IANA)

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find a designated 
expert for RFC 8323 was assigned to Alexey Melnikov prior to the start 
of the teleconference.

   6.5 Designated Experts for RFCs 5792 and 5793 [IANA #1050763] 
       (Benjamin Kaduk)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Steve Hanna 
<shanna@juniper.net>, Jessica Fitzgerald-McKay <jmfmckay@gmail.com>, and 
Charles Schmidt <cmschmidt@mitre.org> as the designated experts for RFCs 
5792 and 5793.

   6.6 Current IESG procedure for allowing Secretariat to manage
