  - Submitted for publication
  - Minutes from last meeting: update promised?
  - 2/3 reviews: 1 suggested edit from Secdir

  * Need IANA DE review still - Klaus on vacation - See if Jaime will do it
  * CB addressed comments except one
  * File extension question:  all on call agreed not needed

  - Goal: WGLC from version at 2019-10-23 interim
  - Status update (AP was try for v-08 before this interim)
  - Issue and PR discussion

    * PR for errors - discuss with Laurence (was AP take it to the list)
    * (8) put the non-seccons part into a BCP?  Ask on mailing list.
    * (9) Expert review instructions for #92
    * (11) core document should SHOULD on single qNaN, BCP could talk about
    cases where that is not true in more detail; keep I-JSON as the motivator
    for the default

    * Editorial sweep targeted to be done by the 6 Oct - include posting as


  * Request from Mobile driving license for a date only rather than date-time
  * CB Should just be able to go ahead and register w/o a document being
