  - Goal: WGLC from version at 2019-10-23 interim
  - Status update (AP was Editorial sweep targeted to be done by the 6 Oct -
  include posting as
    draft.)
  - Issue and PR discussion - https://github.com/cbor-wg/CBORbis/pulls
#85 was closed - please review
#112 - added some text (#114) - right approach to do this?
LL: yes, looks really good. Too much data/too little data that depends on CBOR
sequence or complete set of CBOR? if it's not sequence, then you know when you
have too little data, otherwise you don't know, and the text does not say that.
CB: other cases (too much data) that do that which are not described. Too
little data: yes you know and it might be enough to wait for more data. (non
fatal error) LL: "if you know all the data has been read and you have too
little data, you have a problem" CB: so discuss the case where this is an
error? LL: yes AP Carsten to adress LL comment + Paul to review and merge #115
- make it explicit that deterministic encoding is a subset or superset of
preferred serialization + add some text about floating case #116 - discuss
validity. needs review. AP Laurence to make sure that this solves the 3 issues
about validity #117 AP Carsten to request review from Peter #86 - why do we
check embedded MIME but not embedded CBOR. Issues: #107 - one more reading
needed #71 and #45 - see if we can close this (AP Laurence)
