Agenda:

* WG Documents status update:
    * draft-ietf-cbor-7049bis-14
    IESG telechat: 2020-09-10
    Need to find a position at some point on documentation of tag validation by
    implementers (SecDir revie)
        * MR: Points in review may be relevant. Better to address points from
        the AD directly. Partly depends on if he wants to engage in
        discussion. * CB: Had a bit of back and forth - ended Aug 11. Pointer
        on mailing list
    Too wordy (genart review)

    * draft-ietf-cbor-date-tag-06
    IESG telechat: 2020-09-10
    * draft-ietf-cbor-tags-oid-00
    Like to understand the nesting issues. Still trying to find some way that
    feels right. Need to continue discussion before deciding that may just need
    to "kill" the feature. MR: Feel a bit that the nesting issue is a solution
    seeking a problem. CB: Need to discuss with examples and not in a vacumm
    but still need to get JS: Last suggestions in a mail message. Still don't
    really like any answer CB: Some remaiments in the document which was more
    sophisticated. Not trying to do prefix compression, just treat all of
    these embedded values as if they are tagged. Example in figure 5 is
    factoring out the tag, not a part of the value. Alts are restricting the
    propation to nothing or by some set of rules. MR: Understands the rule to
    be that it applies to everything in an array and to key parts of a map.
    Understand that it has no meaning applied to a text string or integer.
    Don't know about thing that are already tagged. CB: Try to write it up with
    a specific proposal.
