- OID tags

CB: happy with the proposal. Would like to publish as -01 wg draft.
FP: the proposal is in the github?
CB: Yes

- new proposal dictionaries

CB: objective is to keep separated the packing mechanics which would be
extended by suffix from the question of how the tables get constracted. Haven't
come up with a way of doing this yet. Brendan's idea looks good, it does have
the disadvantage of not getting optimal compression, we might want to generate
numbers before making a decision. We need a couple of proposals.

- RFC7049bis

CB: -15 based on DISCUSSes, then some more feedback, couple of editorial
improvements. PR that Paul needs to check, then submit -16, then ready to send
to Barry.

FP: asap

CB: few proposal for packed doc including dictionaries. Good agenda item for
14th. OIDs is pretty much done. FP: So it needs reviews.

CB: CDDL control - waiting for an implementation.
