    regarding flagging who is responsible for the next step for a 
    document; the document authors, the WG Chairs, the AD Discuss 
    Holder, or the Responsible AD, with Robert Sparks. The feature 
    request should include a "length of time in state" flag.
  o Robert Wilton and Warren Kumari to draft a charter for a proposed 
    IOTOPS Working Group.

The management issue was discussed.

6.2 [IANA #1178016] Designated experts for RFC-ietf-babel-rfc6126bis 
    (IANA)

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find designated 
experts for RFC-ietf-babel-rfc6126bis was assigned to Martin Vigoureux 
prior to the start of the teleconference.

6.3 Approval of an additional Designated Expert for the "OAuth 
    Authorization Server Metadata" registry (Roman Danyliw)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Dick Hardt 
(dick.hardt@gmail.com) as an additional designated expert for the "OAuth 
Authorization Server Metadata" registry.

6.4 [IANA #1175036] Designated experts for content SDP Parameters, QoS 
    Mechanism Tokens (Murray Kucherawy)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Christer Holberg 
(christer.holmberg@ericsson.com) as the designated expert for the 
content SDP Parameters [RFC4796] and QoS Mechanism Tokens [RFC5432] 
registries, replacing Gonzalo Camarillo.

6.5 [IANA #1178597] Designated experts for RFC 8908 (IANA)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Tommy Pauly 
(tpauly@apple.com), Darshak Thakore (d.thakore@cablelabs.com), and 
Martin Thomson (mt@lowentropy.net) as the designated experts for RFC 
8908.
