The minutes of the September 24, 2020 Teleconference were approved. The 
Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives.

    leadership; more opportunities for private feedback.
  o Barry Leiba to discuss possible datatracker feature request 
    regarding flagging who is responsible for the next step for a 
    document; the document authors, the WG Chairs, the AD Discuss 
    Holder, or the Responsible AD, with Robert Sparks. The feature 
    request should include a "length of time in state" flag.
  o Martin Vigoureux to find designated experts for RFC-ietf-babel-
    rfc6126bis [IANA #1178016]

  o Warren Kumari to work on acknowledging shepherds, directorate 
    reviewers in a more standardized/formal way.

Secretariat will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message 
to new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda 
for the next IESG Teleconference (October 22, 2020).

The IESG approved the charter for the new working group pending edits to

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find designated 
experts for RFC 8876 was assigned to Murray Kucherawy prior to the start 
of the teleconference.

6.2 [IANA #1178016] Designated experts for RFC-ietf-babel-rfc6126bis 
    (Martin Vigoureux)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Donald Eastlake 
<d3e3e3@gmail.com> and Juliusz Chroboczek <jch@irif.fr> as the 
designated experts for RFC-ietf-babel-rfc6126bis.

6.3 [IANA #1179647] Designated experts for RFC 8915 (IANA)

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find designated 
experts for RFC 8915 was assigned to Erik Kline prior to the start of 
the teleconference.
