* Pascal: another mechanism could still be valid.

* Eric: Is it mandatory to have the same IID on device and SCHC gateway ?
* Olivier: we had this dicsusion before. IID is not going to show up over the
air, could have been 0's in the first place. But was told it could not be that
way. * Eric recommends to reply to Erik K, saying "no, what you propose doesn't
work, because we want to have the same IID on both sides, device and core." *
Pascal: out-of-band configuration is also possible. Some use cases are not
interested in privacy, they want everything fixed. * Julien: if you are not
interested in privacy, DevEUI is the best option. * Alex: would rather keep the
MUST to have everything work out of the box, but understand Pascal's concern. *
Eric: We can write "MUST implement it and SHOULD use it in order to
mitigate..." * Pascal: MUST use the same value at both ends, MUST implement and
SHOULD use this mechanism.
