The minutes of the September 23, 2021 Teleconference were approved.

  shepherd templates and propose changes to include updated questions, 
  cross-area checks, and an expanded section on the use of YANG models.
o Alvaro Retana and Martin Vigoureux to draft a note to wgchairs asking
  them to always confirm author/contributor status.
o Alvaro Retana and Martin Vigoureux to draft text to include in the I-D 
  submission tool warning about too many authors.
o Robert Wilton, Alvaro Retana, and Warren Kumari to report back to the 
  IESG on the impact of COVID-19 to the IETF in October 2021.
o The IESG to review the feedback on whether to continue the RFC 8989 
  experiment 2022-2023 cycle by October 7, 2021.

The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review. The 
Secretariat will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message 
to new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda 
for the next IESG Teleconference (October 21, 2021).

6. Management issues

6.1 Continuing the RFC 8989 experiment (Lars Eggert)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG agreed to continue the RFC 
8989 experiment for the 2022-2023 cycle.

6.2 IETF 112 Conflict Resolution (Liz Flynn)

The management issue was discussed.  

6.3 [IANA #1210257] Designated experts for RFC 8739 and RFC 9115 
    (Automated Certificate Management Environment (ACME)) (IANA)

The management issue was discussed.  An action item to find designated 
experts for RFC 8739 and RFC 9115 were assigned to Roman Danyliw prior 
at the start of the teleconference.

6.4 BCP14 terms in non-IETF streams (Lars Eggert)

The management issue was discussed. The discussion of this management 
item has been postponed to the next IESG Teleconference (October 21, 
2021).

6.5 Update to Last Call Template (Lars Eggert)

The management issue was discussed.
