Pascal done the agenda + action items from last time
No LPWAN WG session at IETF111 meeting

See and answer to the mail in the mailing list
Architecture Draft is now WG document ver00 has been published
OAM doc to be resumed, meant to be WGLC'ed in July. Dominique to act on it.

## [16:20] Mandatory Features in the data model [15min]
*  YANG Doctors feedback
* fragmention to be made optional

YANG doctors has not responded
Simplify the implementation using features? features could include compression,
fragmentation, maybe others (proxy behavior, variable length fields?) Unclear
whether this brings value Alex: we need an in-depth discussion with slides on
this. Quite abstract and difficult to discuss in an improvised way. Laurent
suggests to make compression and fragmentation both optional and see how model
is changed. Juan Carlos: Agree that compression could also be an option on top
of fragmentation. Pascal: example of compression done on one SCHC CD-FR and
fragmentation on another Carsten: in general, options in protocols are bad. If
any exist, they should be bound to "instance" (meaning, profiles?), like SCHC
for Sigfox. Carsten: negotiation of features adds complexity to the protocol.
Pascal concurs. Presentation by Laurent on this at next meeting.

## [16:35] AUTH-48 for RFC-to-be 8824               [20min]
*    Status (Ana + Eric)
more RFC Ed. comments
some items to be discussed here
  - title for RFC: either fully abbreviated or fully expanded
    consensus on "Static Context ... (SCHC) for the Constrained ... (CoAP)"
  - use "SCHC compression" as a noun. On first use of SCHC, where expansion is
  needed, tweak the text so that the issue does not show. - Fig 5 / Table 2.
  Usage of double quotes, Laurent and Ana confirm that CoAP does not use double
  quote in URI
