The management issue was discussed. In an executive session, the IESG 
confirmed the ISOC Board of Trustees candidate selected by the IAB.

6.3 Adding the reopening of the I-D Submission Tool to the Important 
    Dates (Secretariat/Tools)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG agreed to reopen I-D 
submissions as 1200 UTC on Sunday of IETF week, starting with IETF 114.
