An action item to find designated experts for RFC 9260 was assigned to 
Martin Duke prior to the start of the teleconference.

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Sara Dickinson 
<sara@sinodun.com> and Christian Huitema <huitema@huitema.net> as the 
designated experts for RFC 9250.
