The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Michael Tuexen 
<tuexen@fh-muenster.de> and Randall Stewart <rrs@netflix.com> as the 
designated experts for RFC 9260. 

6.2 [IANA #1232482] Designated experts for RFC 9246 (URI Signing for 
    Content Delivery Network Interconnection (CDNI)) (IANA)

An action item to find designated experts for RFC 9246 was assigned to 
Francesca Palombini prior to the start of the teleconference.
