The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Damien Saucez 
<damien.saucez@inria.fr> and Luigi Iannone <ggx@gigix.net> as the 
designated experts for RFC 9303.

6.2 New Designated Expert for IANA Media Types Registry (Murray 
    Kucherawy)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Darrel Miller 
<darrel@tavis.ca> as an additional Designated Expert for the IANA Media 
Type registry.

6.3 [IANA #1241559] Designated experts for RFC 9305 "Locator/ID 
    Separation Protocol (LISP) Generic Protocol Extension" (Alvaro
