4.1 WG creation

The charter remains under discussion by the IESG in order to resolve 
points raised by Eric Vyncke.*  

  o Computing-Aware Networking (can)
     Area: RTG (John Scudder)

The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review pending edits to
the text of the charter to be provided by John Scudder. The Secretariat 
will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message to
new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda for 
the next IESG Teleconference (March 02, 2023). 

4.1.2 Proposed for approval

  o Time-Variant Routing (tvr)
     Area: RTG (Alvaro Retana)

The IESG approved the charter for the new working group. The 
Secretariat will send a WG Action announcement.

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the following 
BoFs for IETF 116:

  o Computing-Aware Networking (CAN)
  o Key Transparency (KEYTRANS)
  o vCon (VCON)
  o Domain Boundaries (DBOUND2)

6.2 [IANA #1265971] Designated experts for RFC 9347, ESP 
    AGGFRAG_PAYLOAD registry (IANA)

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find designated 
experts for RFC 9347 (ESP AGGFRAG_PAYLOAD) was assigned to Roman 
Danyliw prior to the start of the teleconference.

6.3 [IANA #1263515] Designated experts for RFC 8141 (Uniform Resource 
    Names (URNs)) (Francesca Palombini)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Stephanie Palek 
<S.Palek@dnb.de> as the designated expert for RFC 8141 (Uniform 
Resource Names (URNs).

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the Important 
Dates for IETF 117 and 118.

6.5 [IANA #1266560] Designated experts for draft-ietf-lsr-flex-algo-25

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find designated 
experts for draft-ietf-lsr-flex-algo-25 (IGP Flexible Algorithm) was 
assigned to John Scudder prior to the start of the teleconference.
