The minutes of the June 22, 2023 Teleconference were approved. The 
Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives.

  and Brad Biddle to come up with canned IPR Disclosure text and 
  possible proposals for other updates.
  
IN PROGRESS:    
o Warren Kumari to follow up on a bis document for RFC 8126 regarding 
  designated experts.
o Lars Eggert to send email to the LLC about Letters of Invitation for 
  Interim Meetings and Retreats.
o Lars Eggert and Martin Duke to rewrite IESG statement to give more 
  guidance about issuing LOIs for interim meetings.

    Signaling) (IANA)

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find designated 
experts for RFC 9390 was assigned to Robert Wilton prior to the start 
of the teleconference.

6.2 [IANA #1275380] Designated experts for RFC 9374 (Hierarchical HIT 
    (HHIT) Prefixes) (IANA)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Adam Wiethuechter
<adam.wiethuechter@axenterprize.com> and Mohamed Boucadair
<mohamed.boucadair@orange.com> as the designated experts for RFC 9374 
(Hierarchical HIT (HHIT) Prefixes).

6.3 [IANA #1275603] Designated experts for RFC 9122 on IANA Registry 
    for Sieve Actions (IANA)

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find designated 
experts for RFC 9122 was assigned to Murray Kucherawy prior to the 
start of the teleconference.

6.4 IANA #1275658] Designated experts for RFC 9393 on Concise Software 
    Identification Tags (IANA)

The management issue was discussed. An action item to find designated 
experts for RFC 9393 was assigned to Roman Danyliw prior to the start 
of the teleconference.

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved renewing the 
early allocations for draft-ietf-lsr-dynamic-flooding.

Hardaker as the third expert for the ZONEMD registries.
