The minutes of the October 19, 2023 Teleconference require another week for review. 
The minutes will come back to the next telechat (November 30, 2023) for approval.

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Alan DeKok 
<aland@freeradius.org> and Mohamed Boucadair <mohamed.boucadair@orange.com> 
as the designated experts for RFC 9445.

      The management issue was discussed. IEEE will co-locate with IETF 123.
