  • 2024-09-18: Cindy Morgan to update the NEMOPS Workshop page in the
    Datatracker and send out the call for papers.

    obsoleting RFC 3113 (Update RFC3113 to in only high level details
    of the collaboration (3GPP-IETF co-ordination team) and move the
    details to a Wiki. Remove references to technology and org
    structure items that will become out of date quickly.

  • 2024-06-26: Suresh Krishnan, Warren Kumari, Dhruv Dhody, and Éric
    Vyncke will work on text around limited domains.

  • 2024-09-04: Liaison Coordinators to update RFC 4052 to improve
    documentation about liaison relationships.

    talk about the Tesla Transport Protocol over Ethernet (TTPoE).

1.7 IAB Appointments

2. IAB Agenda at IETF 121

  The IAB discussed potential agenda topics for IETF 121 meetings.
  Some potential topics include a T2TRG review, some ISOC-related
  topics, the NEMOPS workshop, and discussing the IRTF Chair
  appointment and the ICANN Board Liaison.

  For the Sunday meetings, the IAB will take the morning slot and
  the IESG will take the afternoon.


3. Followup from AI Control Workshop

  Suresh Krishnan reported that the AI Control Workshop went
  extremely well. All attendees participated in a cooperative
  manner and progress was made. Suresh and Mark Nottingham are
  working on a draft workshop report and are thinking of
  scheduling a side meeting at IETF 121 on this topic.


4. Clarification of IPv6 Address Assignment Policy

  Suresh Krishnan reported that 6MAN has been discussing potential
  updates to an old legacy RFC about the IPv6 address assignment
  policy. Various community members are discussing this with the
  IESG and the RFC Editor to decide on a way forward.


5. Global Digital Justice Forum

  The IAB agreed to invite people from the Global Digital Justice
  Forum to attend the December 11 technical discussion meeting slot.


6. Next IAB Meeting

  The next IAB meeting will be in two weeks, on 2024-10-16.


7. Executive Session: ICANN NomCom Appointment

  The IAB discussed this topic in executive session.
