Downref in draft-ietf-cellar-flac-14 The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved a downref to RFC 2083: PNG (Portable Network Graphics) in draft-ietf-cellar- flac-14. RFC 2083 was listed as an informative reference during IETF Last Call, but was promoted to a normative reference during IESG Evaluation.
