The minutes of the September 5, 2024 Teleconference were approved. The
Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives after the public
announcement of the IETF 125 decision results.

The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review pending edits to
the text of the charter to be provided by Mahesh Jethanandani. The
Secretariat will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message
to new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda
for the next IESG Teleconference after the conclusion of external review.

 o MODeration PrOceDures (modpod)

The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review pending edits to
the text of the charter to be provided by Roman Danyliw. The
Secretariat will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message
to new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda
for the next IESG Teleconference after the conclusion of external review.

4.1.2 Proposed for approval

The IESG approved the charter for the new working group pending a final
check to be provided by Deb Cooley. The Secretariat will send a
WG Action announcement.

This item is to record for the minutes that on the informal telechat of
September 12, the IESG approved the LLC and Secretariat to move forward
with planning some expansions to the New Participant program to begin
at IETF 122, including some technical topics.
