    credit in documents & the importance of capturing and addressing all 
    comments as a necessary part of the consensus process, mostly 
    pointing at existing advice.

4.1 WG creation
4.1.1 Proposed for IETF review

 o Standard Communication with Network Elements (scone)

The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review pending edits to
the text of the charter to be provided by Zahed Sarker. The Secretariat will
send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message to
new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda
for the next IESG Teleconference after the conclusion of external review.


4.1.2 Proposed for approval

 o Getting Ready for Energy-Efficient Networking (green)

The IESG approved the charter for the new working group pending
a new mailing list and final checks to the text of the charter 
to be provided by Mahesh Jethanandani. The Secretariat will send a WG
Action announcement.


 o MODeration PrOceDures (modpod)

The IESG approved the charter for the new working group pending
the addition of chairs to be provided by Roman Danyliw. The 
Secretariat will send a WG Action announcement.
