• Fetch ID space vs Subscribe space

  • Use same space (subscribe ID space) until we need separate flow
    control

• explicitly communicating gaps

  • Accept Alan's suggestion from the PR.

• Does fetch always have explicit range start and end or do we need a
  second mode which implies the range goes until the end

  • Go with only one mode for now because two modes will cause
    confusion even though it migth be cleaner. If you want to fetch
    to the end, you have to pass a large number.
  • File an issue to add examples later

• Defer subscribe changes until after Dublin

  • Recognize that semantics will change because of changes coming
    with Fetch

  • Exceptions:

    • 1. You can subscribe to a given track only once per
         session.
    • 1. You can't subscribe to things that are strictly in the
         past.
