2. SDP Offer/Answer for RTP over QUIC (Spencer Dawkins, 30 min)

Harald: comment on the proto identifiers. If we negotiate some other
transport using ICE, the name in the SDP might be misleading.

Discussion of RTCP feedback and QUIC feedback - agreement seems to be
that this version should say "just send RTCP feedback as usual, later
specs may change this".
"Don't negotiate what you don't want" handles everything not in 3550.

Security consideration section : Since SFRAME draft is no longer
progressing, it doesn't need to be mentioned.

Author goal : request WG adoption call at IETF122

(need to be updated) Multipath over Quic issue

Jonathan : asking implementation plan like a hackathon.

Jonathan and Harald volunteered to review the draft.

3. Absolute Capture Time RTP Header Extension (Harald Alvestrand, 15
min)

Jonathan : Can we use URN instead of URI?
Harald : it's possible, though Chrome would need to offer both for the
transition period

4. RTCP Messages for Temporal-Spatial Resolution (Yong He, 15 min)
draft-ietf-avtcore-rtcp-green-metadata

Spencer : Ultimately, the type number must be assigned by IANA to
simplify the complex process.

Jonathan : asking implementation status
Yong he : we have internal implementation result.

Harald :Is there a device that can respond to RTCP messages?
Yong he: No.
