• 2025-02-19: Mirja Kühlewind to send email proposing times for the
New Work Help Desk once the final agenda for IETF 122 is published.
On Hold:
• 2024-12-18: Suresh Krishnan to try and schedule a technical
discussion about the Tesla Transport Protocol over Ethernet
(TTPoE).
• 2023-06-07: Dhruv Dhody and Wes Hardaker to track adding IAB
review of proposed WG charters to the Datatracker.

1.7 IAB Appointments
The next appointment will be for the Community Coordination
Group (CCG), which will begin in May.
2. IGF Proposal
Dhruv Dhody presented their proposal for an IGF presentation,
which is due on 2025-03-12. Dhruv has been working with Olaf
Kolkmann, Mark Nottingham, and Mirja Kühlewind to develop the
proposal. The IAB discussed past attendance at IGF meetings and
goals of having IAB representation there. Work on the proposal
will continue.
3. BOF Coverage at IETF 122
The IAB discussed IAB coverage of BOFs and PRGs at IETF 122.

4. IAB Agendas at IETF 122
Cindy Morgan reviewed the general outline of IAB meetings and
events at IETF 122 (https://wiki.ietf.org/group/iab/Agenda122).
Mirja Kühlewind will work with the Liaison Coordinators to
propose times for Liaison Coordinator office hours at IETF 122.
5. Update to IAB Statement on Inclusive Language
The IAB has a statement on inclusive language (https://
datatracker.ietf.org/doc/statement-iab-statement-on-inclusive-
language-in-iab-stream-documents/) that pointed to a NIST
document that is no longer available (NISTIR3866). The IESG has
a similar statement and has updated their link to an archive.org
version of the NIST document. The IAB agreed to do the same and
update the link to https://web.archive.org/web/20250203031433/
https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/ir/2021/NIST.IR.8366.pdf.
6. Next IAB Meeting
The next IAB meeting will be on 2025-03-16 in Bangkok for IETF 122.
