Reviewer: Victor Kuarsingh Review Result: Ready I have reviewed this document as part of the Operational directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments were written with the intent of improving the operational aspects of the IETF drafts. Comments that are not addressed in last call may be included in AD reviews during the IESG review. Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call comments. This document covers meeting venue considerations with an intention to update/modify guidance provided in [RFC8718] "IETF Plenary Meeting Venue Selection" and [RFC8719] " High-Level Guidance for the Meeting Policy of the IETF". In short, the areas highlighted for update seem correct and reasonable based on empirical experience from meeting experiences and/or experience by meeting arrangers. No changes are recommended as part of this review and the document seems ready from the perspective of an Ops-Dir review.
