Hi all: I have performed an Operations Directorate review of draft-housley-sow-author-statistics-00 "This is the Statement of Work (SOW) for extensions to the IETF Datatracker to provide statistics about RFCs and Internet-Drafts and their authors." - - - - This is a straightforward and clear draft setting out what needs to be done to produce data about IETF activities. It specifies the the data to be used (information from RFCs and IETF meetings), the statistics required, and make it possible to observe trends in the statistics. Section 2, Purpose, explains _why_ we need this information, using "trying to increase the diversity of (IETF) participants" as an example. Overall a good document, fit for its intended purpose, and ready for publication. Two tiny typos: s3.4 s/been useful provide/been useful to provide/ s6 s/tools analyzes the documents/tools analyze the documents/ Cheers, Nevil Ex Co-chair, EMAN WG (now closed) Ex Co-chair, IPFIX WG (now closed) -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- Nevil Brownlee Computer Science Department Phone: +64 9 373 7599 x88941 The University of Auckland FAX: +64 9 373 7453 Private Bag 92019, Auckland 1142, New Zealand
