What an excellent document. I review this as someone who knows a bit about routing and addresses and those things but hasn't followed any of the 6foo WGs. I don't want to express any opinion on whether the change in policy is good or bad. However, the document is clear about what it changes and explains the reasons and effects well, and does so without unnnecessary bulk. Commendable.
