I have reviewed this document as part of the security directorate's ongoing
effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments
were written primarily for the benefit of the security area directors. Document
editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call
comments.

This is a re-review following my original review from 4/1/2024. This document
is Ready.

Marco has addressed my concerns in subsequent revisions. In particular,
clarifying in the text that deciding why some token might be in or out of a TRL
is out-of-scope for this document. That might suggest attention be paid
elsewhere in the ecosystem where such concerns might still be relevant and
actionable, while respecting the inherent limitations of the constrained
environments at the core of ACE.
