I do not see any relevant security issues with this document. The phrase "Time or decision for removal of the resource being shut down" is used twice in this document. It's not entirely clear to me what this means. If it's a term of art in MPLS, maybe it's OK, but if not, perhaps a rephrase is in order. -Ekr
