I am the assigned OPSDIR reviewer for this document. Summary: the document is ready for publication with nits. I have no operational concerns. However, there are downrefs to RFC7336 and RFC7337. Couldn't these Informational references (as they are generic framework and requirements documents)? Editorial nits: * Several acronyms are not expanded: CDN, CDNI, CSP.. The authors are encouraged to expands all used acromyns in the first use.
