I have been tasked to review this document on behalf of the OPS directorate.
This document reserves a TLD label, 'alt', as a pseudo-TLD to be used in non-DNS
contexts.

Thanks for a clear and well written document. Given the purpose I do not have
any operational concerns with it. The generic questions and comments I had I see
have already been discussed, and answered, in the discussion history.
