I reviewed the document "Special-Use Domain Names Problem Statement"
(draft-ietf-dnsop-sutld-ps-05.txt) as part of the Operational directorate's
ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG.  These
comments were written primarily for the benefit of the operational area
directors.  Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just
like any other last call comments.

Summary:

The document provides a list of issues that have been identified concerning the
Special-Use Domain Names IANA registry policy defined in RFC 6761.

In addition the document reviews the history of Domain Names and summarizes
current IETF and other organizations publications.

There are a few nits in the document.
