This document defines new parameters in the BMP Statistics. It is quite clear
and well-written.

From an OPSDIR point of view, I think it is good to have a section on
"Operational Considerations", as also highlighted in draft-opsarea-rfc5706bis.
Maybe the section can be renamed as "Operations & Management Considerations",
adding more details about the management aspects. I would also describe the
typical application scenarios where the new gauges are useful in order to allow
the reader to better understand the applicability.

I have additional general comments:

- I would add some considerations in the Introduction to explain the background
and the motivation for these new parameters.

- Regarding the terminology, in RFC 7854 it is mentioned that Adj-RIB-In is
also referred to as the pre-policy Adj-RIB-In. Since they are defined
separately in this document, I would clarify this point to avoid
misunderstanding. I guess the same could apply to Adj-RIB-Out.

- I suggest to improve the Security Considerations section, by highlighting
whether or not the new gauges add new security concerns compared to RFC 7854.
