Hello,

I have been selected to do an ops directorate early review of this draft.

A small disclaimer. I've read both the INT and RTG directorate reviews before
doing my review and probably my reading was biased, but i must say i find
myself in agreement with the issue raised, in particular in the RTG directorate
review.

The relationship with the bess document (draft-ietf-bess-bgp-sdwan-usage)
should be clarified (and also why a refence to it was there and then
disappeared. Other than the relationship between the two documents it would be
good to clarify "who does what". The bess document seems to be defining an
architecture for BGP usage in SD WAN, hence i would refer to the as the
"master" document in this area. What does this document aim to cover? Is the
scope of this document the definition of a new BGP SAFI just for a particular
SD-WAN solution?

Another comment that i find relevant is the lack of references, it would be
good to direct an unexperienced reader to some SDWAN documentation. All in all
i find hard on top of what has already been said by the previous reviewers, but
as a non-expert in the matter being discussed i find it very hard to understand
the document. An improvement also from readability point of view would help.
