Having read the document I think it is about ready. There are few editorial
nits listed that could be fixed, however, they are just for better clarity.

1) Line 425: What is 'Ps' or rather why it is used here?
   - I see there is acronym description in Section 4.1. but its placement still
   feels odd here.
2) Line 436: 'Ps' again. A bit confusing since Ps in parenthesis do not refer
to an expanded acronym.
   - "..of sustained power usage (Ps)."
3) Line 710: I would provide some literature reference to "Event-based
harvesting".. 4) Line 824: what is an RC oscillator? Reference or expand RC etc.
