The draft is a well-written and is ready as-is. Two minor nits. In the intro, change "by means of Post-Quantum Preshared Key" to "by means of a Post-Quantum Preshared Key." For table 1, I think it'd be helpful to define what '*' means. I see in some referenced drafts this same presentation is used with no definition for *, so maybe in this idiom it's fine.
