This draft is a revision of RFC 6822, to add the option to use multi-topology support: "An MI-RTR MAY support [RFC5120] multi-topology within a non-zero instance when ITID #0 is supported." This was previously forbidden in RFC 6822, but deployment experience revealed a desire for this ability. Otherwise, the draft makes one clarification (placement of the IID-TLV as the first TLV in a PDU to speed recognition) and deals with Errata of 6822.
