Hi Jari,
  I went through the draft and it looks OK. I just had one minor issue
with some example math in the draft.

The following math in the Example 3 of lispMapCacheEntry is wrong and
needs to get fixed.

11 - (2 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 4) = 1

I don't think that this should hold the draft up as it is only an
example, but it certainly did throw me off when I read it.
