Summary:
This document is part of a cluster of four which together specify a
credit-base flow control extension to DLEP. It just defines the extension
type value, as such light in content.
The document is well written and easy to read.
DLEP seems to be popular protocol especially these days and there is an open
source implementation developed in MIT. The protocol is used inside home
routers which provide WiFi access at home allowing the use of many IEEE 802.11
frequencies of 2.4, 5 and more recently 6 GHz.

Nits/editorial comments:
I could only find one nit:

PCP acronym is used but it was not spelled out as Priority Code Points in
Section 2.
