I'm reviewing the document as part of the Security Directorate (SECDIR). -Wireguard is mentioned in section 2.2 but there is no link to the design of the wireguard protocol. -In section 3.9, there are no mention of techniques such as padding to mitigate the impact of traffic analysis. My understanding is that this is out of scope of the current Internet Draft.
