Hi all: I have reviewed this document as part of the Operational directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call comments. This is a fairly long document, setting out a checklist of all the things that operators need to consider when setting up a multicast service that must work across Inter-Domain peering points. In my opinion it covers the peering, routing and multicast aspects thoroughly, and is careful to make clear things that need to be considered, but are not within scope for this draft - for example accounting, authorisation and authentication. It's ready for submission to IESG.
