Hi,

I have been selected as the Operational Directorate (opsdir) reviewer for this
Internet-Draft.

The Operational Directorate reviews all operational and management-related
Internet-Drafts to ensure alignment with operational best practices and that
adequate operational considerations are covered.

A complete set of _"Guidelines for Considering Operations and Management in
IETF Specifications"_ can be found at
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-opsawg-rfc5706bis/.

While these comments are primarily for the Operations and Management Area
Directors (Ops ADs), the authors should consider them alongside other feedback
received.

## Summary

Has Nits: This document is basically ready for publication but has nits that
should be considered prior to publication.

Section 2 Terminology
The term “Uplink Classifier” defined in TS.23501 should be added here.

Section 5 IANA Considerations
This sentence is not aligned with Table 1 “IANA has registered the following
IEs in the "IPFIX Information Elements" registry available at [IANA-IPFIX].”,
because Table 1 includes two element ID that have not be allocated by IANA.
Suggest to split Table 1 into two tables, one includes the allocated element
IDs, and another includes the element IDs need to be allocated.

Section 9 Security Considerations
Old
“Implementations and operators therefore SHOULD treat this data as sensitive
network telemetry.” New “Implementations and operators therefore SHOULD treat
this data as sensitive network telemetry data”

Old
“Applications and operators using the IEs described in this document must…”
New
“Applications and operators using the IEs specified in this document must…”
The word “described” is too general, there are some IEs described in this
document but are not defined in this document, such as “transportChecksum IE
503”.
