As part of ARTART, the ART directorate, I reviewed
draft-ietf-opsawg-tacacs-tls13-20. My focus was on typical ART issues, not
security. Because this document says to use TLS 1.3, and how to do so, and
because the YANG models are in a separate draft, this was a trivial review to
do.
